I had a good experience with their communication overall. I emailed them with a question about my order and heard back the next day, which wasn’t instant, but I appreciated that they did get back to me fairly quickly.

They answered my question clearly and didn’t give me a vague runaround, which I was grateful for. One follow-up took a little longer than I hoped, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall it was a fine and helpful experience.

I’ve used it a few times in damp weather and light rain, and it’s been okay overall. It held up for a while, but I did start to notice a little moisture getting in after extended use. It’s not a total dealbreaker, but for the price, I was expecting it to be a bit more reliable for regular outdoor use...

The first answer was also brief, so I had to follow up to get a little more detail. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just not as helpful or smooth as I’d hoped. There’s definitely room for improvement, but they were nice to deal with.

I tried to return an item, the whole thing felt way more complicated than it needed to be. The replies took a while, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up having to follow up just to find out what was going on. Maybe it was a one-off, but from my experience, the return process left a bad impression. I probably wouldn’t order from them again after dealing with that.

I’ve run a decent number of rounds through my Rock Slide USA slide at this point, it’s impressed me more than I expected. The finish is showing some normal wear, which I figured would happen, but I haven’t noticed any strange peeling or anything that makes me think it’s wearing poorly.

The fit still feels tight and solid, and I haven’t had any problems with it so far. For the price, I went in assuming it might just be “good enough,” but my take is that it’s actually been a really durable piece. I’d give it 5 stars without hesitation

The packaging was actually really solid. Everything showed up clean with no dents or loose pieces, and the box was taped up well with plenty of padding around the parts. The only downside was the timing, because it arrived right when I was swamped and couldn’t deal with it right away. Not really their fault though, happy with how it showed up.

I tried to get replacement parts for it, but it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. After all that effort, I still couldn’t get what I needed, so now the thing is basically useless.

I’m assuming this is going to last a while because the materials feel really tough and well made. Right out of the box, it has that solid, sturdy feel that usually means good quality.

The site looks okay overall, but some pages feel kind of crowded, like there’s a lot going on. The colors don’t always match either, which makes it feel a bit... not totally put together. It’s still easy enough to browse though, just not as clean as it could be.

I bought these from rockslideusa.com, the steps do look really good. The fit was mostly fine too, so at first I was happy and felt like I had made a solid choice.

But the motor reliability has been a whole emotional rollercoaster. One side started slowing down after a few months, then randomly acted normal again, and then got stuck once when it was cold. It is not completely dead or anything, but now every time I use it I’m basically holding my breath like it’s a life-or-death situation.

Support was decent, and I’ll give them credit for that, but I really do not love dealing with motor issues this soon. They are good-looking steps, but the trust just is not fully there for me, so 3 stars feels about right.

I’ve had this for about two years now, it’s still working fine. There are a few minor rattles here and there, which is a little annoying when I’m already mentally drained and don’t feel like dealing with extra noise, but overall it’s held up well.
